Journalism
I studied journalism at Stony Brook University (2013 - 2017), where I was a student editor, traveled abroad to China and Cuba, and interned at various media outlets. Afterward, I worked full-time at Blank Slate Media (2017-2019) and then as a local freelancer (2019 - 2020) as I prepared for graduate school. I covered just about every kind of story there was: arts, business, crime, culture, and government. Below is a sample of my most recent and arguably impactful work.
